The tuckshop aims to provide a quality for service for the benefit of the school community. It is also an opportunity for pupils to practice the life skill of making a purchase in a safe environment.

The menu has been designed with a focus on delivering healthy food at affordable prices. It is changed to suit the season: view the Winter 2020 menu here.

Our tuckshop convenor is Keith Taylor and he can be phoned on (07) 3716 2331 during tuckshop hours (8.15am - 2.15pm).
Otherwise, please contact csstshop@gmail.com.

The tuckshop is operated by the Parents’ and Citizens’ Association.

Opening hours

The tuckshop is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The full menu is available at first break and counter sales are available at second break.

Smart Choices

All food served in the tuckshop complies with the Queensland Government’s Smart Choices strategy to offer healthy food and drink choices to students in Queensland schools.

The menu is mainly comprised of ‘green’ items, meaning that it is appropriate to ‘have plenty’ of these items. A limited number of ‘amber’ items, which should be ‘selected carefully’ are available in limited serving sizes.

How to Order

We offer the convenience of placing orders online using theQKR app. Please see the links to the right on this page for further information. Orders need to be placed by 8.30am. Orders can be placed in advance and on a recurring basis if that is your preference.

Food Delivery

Food items are delivered to the classroom. If a child receives a red dot on their bag, then they need to come to the tuckshop counter. This could be to get change of more than $2 or to collect a frozen item that has been ordered online.

Helping in the Tuckshop

Parent volunteers are essential to the running of our school tuckshop. The trading committee is always seeking new volunteers to assist. If you are able to volunteer please contact Keith at csstshop@gmail.com.

Home-made items baked at home with healthy recipes (which can be provided) are also gratefully accepted for sale at the tuckshop.
